ALL COMMISSIONS AND DIGITAL ARTWORKS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product has any major breaks please report immediately after arrival.

EXCEPTIONS 
As a small business I can't afford to offer returns, refunds, or cancellations. But I can offer an exchange if the product is severely damaged during shipping. Small chips or scratches do not justify an exchange. To request an exchange, please email me at contact@zondra.art with your order number and pictures of the product, and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Thank you!

EXCHANGES
If your product qualifies for an exchange I would like you to send the package back to me. In the meantime I will work on an exchange for your product.

To start a return, you can contact me at contact@zondra.art. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
