 SHIPPING RATES & COST: 

Germany: 5,99 €

EU: 14,99 € (standard)
       29,99 € (express)

Rest of the World: 39,99 €

SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIMES: Please allow 1-3 days for processing and custom packaging. The parcel will be shipped with DHL from Germany and can take from 1-2 days within germany to up to 14 working days internationally (for regular shipping). There will also be tracking available for every package. The tracking number/link will be sent after the parcel has been prepared for shipping.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: If you order a sculpture; DO NOT enter a PO box as delivery adress, if there is not enough space for a big package.

 

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES: You are able to track your package from the day it departs until it arrives at the destined location. Please try to first contact the delivering company. If you still can not get your package please contact me with all the info you got and we will find a solution :)
